● This machine is a special equipment for fully automatic welding of carbide circular saw blades. It is designed specifically for welding wire.
●This machine uses a robot to automatically clamp the saw blade, and one person can operate 10 sets of equipment.
●Automatic saw tip selection, glue dispensing, wire feeding, welding, tempering, welding quality is stable and firm. Use camera system to select tips, replace special-shaped alloys.Adjusting the machine is more convenient and faster.
●The automatic tempering function can be finely adjusted to adapt to various special requirements. The left and right teeth can be automatically tool setting, and a single piece can be welded at one time. Woodworking saw blade and mowing saw blades can be welded automatically. (This device has added automatic tooth extraction function)
●Using infrared temperature measurement device, the temperature control accuracy error is ≤2C°, thus ensuring the welding strength.
●Imported electrical components, advanced ultra-high frequency heating controller, small size, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
