Machine features
● This machine is a special equipment for carbide circular saw blades teeth brushing after welding. It removes welding spots and solder paste residues and replaces the sandblasting process of part of the surface plating and spraying saw blades.
● Fully enclosed and environmentally friendly design, the robot automatically clamps the saw blade, and one person can operate more than 10 pieces of equipment, making it easy to operate.
● The brush blade adopts a wheel-type wire brush with reciprocating brushing teeth. The wire brush wear is even and the loss can be compensated by itself.
