● This machine is a specialized production line designed for applying water-based Teflon coatings to the surfaces of carbide and diamond circular saw blades. It supports the application of water-based coatings in various customizable colors and is also suitable for solvent-based coatings.

● It utilizes an advanced automation control system featuring full-bus servo and PLC programming, enabling remote data monitoring and fully automated processes for loading, spraying, drying, and unloading. A robotic arm handles dual-blade gripping to allow for simultaneous front-and-back spraying in a single pass. The rotating worktable employs a suspension mechanism to prevent surface adhesion, ensuring high efficiency and uniform coating while minimizing the impact of manual intervention on quality.

● The system features an enclosed, eco-friendly design with a high-efficiency drying oven that ensures consistent coating quality. A water curtain booth combined with activated carbon filtration creates a cleaner working environment and reduces harmful emissions, meeting environmental standards. Optimized spraying processes and a coating recovery unit enable material recycling, thereby reducing waste and production costs.

● Tooling can be adjusted to accommodate different saw blade diameters, allowing for the processing of various specifications.

● Equipped with automatic spray guns and specialized pressure tanks, the system ensures uniform application, consistent quality, and a higher pass rate for surface coating.
