● This machine is a special testing equipment for accurate measurement of grinding angle of carbide circular saw blades.
● It uses industrial microcomputers and monitors, and professional program design. The measuring dial is directly displayed on the LCD screen. It uses a high-definition digital camera made in Germany to magnify the sawtooth 300 times, accurately measure the face angle, top angle, left and right hook angles, left and right tangential side angles, left and right top clearance angles, left and right radial angles of the sawtooth, and clearly display the grinding blade surface of the sawtooth and the weld image of the weld. The angle measurement data can be easily generated and the test report can be directly exported in EXCLE format, backed up with a mobile storage tool and convenient for printing.
