● This machine uses a robot to automatically clamp the blade body, and one person can operate multiple devices.
● It adopts automatic fiber optic tooth selection, automatic glue dispensing, wire feeding, welding and tempering, and the welding quality is stable and firm.
● The automatic tempering function can be finely adjusted to complete automatic welding of a single piece at one time.
● Using infrared temperature measurement device, the temperature control accuracy error is ≤2C°, thus ensuring the welding strength.
● Imported electrical components, advanced ultra-high frequency heating controller, small size, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
