Machine features
● This machine is a special equipment for fully automatic welding of carbide circular saw blades. It is designed as a dual-purpose welding wire and welding strap.
● This machine uses a robot to automatically clamp the saw blade, and one person can operate 10 sets of equipment.
● Automatic saw tip selection, feeding, glue dispensing, shearing and folding of solder strap, welding, automatic tempering, welding quality is stable and firm.
● The automatic tempering function can be finely adjusted to adapt to various special requirements. Using industrial vision for tooth selection makes it more convenient and faster to change machines with non-standard alloy specifications.
● Using infrared temperature measurement device, the temperature control accuracy error is ≤1C°, thus ensuring the welding strength.
