● This machine is for professional level carbide saw blade side angle grinding.
● Adopts closed environmentally friendly design protection, the robot can load and unload blades automatically, so one person can operate 10-15 machines.
● Adopts OMRON PLC, Mitsubishi servo motor with excellent steel structure, feed rate can be set with micro feed function. Stable performance with hi-win brand ball screw and precision linear sliding rail, high vertical grinding accuracy.
● Program is flexible and varied, position of feed forward and backward can be selected, various grinding modes can be realized.
● Grinding wheel could be automatically compensated by suitable feed rate set, no need to do manual feed to ensure accuracy consistency.
● Grinding amount of special tooth shapes can be set arbitrarily.
