Machine features
● This machine is special equipment for surface polishing of carbide-tipped circular saw blades and diamond saw blades.
● The spindle turntable adopts a divider to realize three-axis continuous rotating operation.
● Automatic loading and unloading via manipulator, running with fully automatic PLC programs.
● All suction cups are electromagnetic. Automatic air cooling and dust removal are available during polishing.
● Multi-station design for loading and unloading zones enables continuous operation without shutdown. Featuring stable performance and high efficiency, it achieves an output of approximately 2,500 pieces (7-inch) per shift. One operator can manage multiple units.
