● This machine is specialized equipment designed for grinding the sides of carbide circular saw blade teeth.
● It features a fully enclosed, eco-friendly design with an optional oil mist purifier. An automated robotic arm handles saw blade clamping, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines, thereby saving labor and increasing productivity.
● Rough grinding both sides of the teeth to ensure uniformity and symmetry improves the efficiency of the finish-grinding process, reduces wear on the finishing grinding wheel, and enhances the grinding precision and surface finish of the carbide teeth.
