● This machine is a special equipment for grinding the back angle of professional-grade carbide circular saw blades.
● Servo motor are used to realize automatic micro-feeding, the feed volume can be set, the grinding accuracy is high, and the grinding wheel consumption is low.
● It can complete the grinding of all teeth shapes at one time: including left-right teeth, left-right flat teeth, left-right-left-right flat teeth, trapezoidal flat teeth, single helical teeth, N left M right teeth and other teeth shapes.
● The left-right teeth and trapezoidal flat teeth programs are optimized and designed. The left teeth are ground completely first, and then the right teeth are ground, which reduces the grinding head flipping time, improves the stability of the machine, and also improves work efficiency.
● The grinding wheel can realize automatic compensation for the left-right teeth, ensuring the equal height of the left and right teeth. It also realizes the automatic compensation function for grinding wheel wear, without manual feed, ensuring the accuracy consistency of the product.
