● This machine is specialized equipment designed for the professional-grade grinding of carbide circular saw blade face angles.

● It features a fully enclosed housing with an integrated oil mist purifier, offering an aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly design; a robotic arm handles automatic saw blade clamping, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines.

● A PLC and servo motor system enables precision incremental feeding with adjustable feed rates; tool setting is performed via an electronic handwheel, ensuring simple, intuitive operation. It utilizes TBI ball screws and Hiwin precision roller guideways, resulting in high grinding accuracy and reduced grinding wheel wear.

● The system offers flexible tooth profile programming, including convenient presets for common profiles such as flat teeth, alternate top bevel (ATB/left-right) teeth, combination teeth (flat/ATB), and single-bevel teeth, all capable of being ground in a single pass.

● The program for the most common ATB (left-right) tooth profile is optimized to grind all left teeth before switching to the right teeth; this minimizes the time spent pivoting the grinding head, enhances mechanical stability, and boosts overall productivity.

● Automatic compensation for the grinding wheel ensures uniform height between left and right teeth; the automatic wear compensation function eliminates the need for manual feed adjustments, guaranteeing consistent product precision.

● Key components are constructed from aged ductile iron, providing superior rigidity and enhanced stability.

● By switching to a grinding wheel suitable for cermet alloys, the machine can also grind cermet-tipped saw teeth.
