● This machine is specialized equipment designed for grinding the clearance angles of professional-grade carbide circular saw blades.

● It features a fully enclosed housing and an integrated oil mist purifier, offering an aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly design; an automated robotic arm handles saw blade clamping, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines.

● It utilizes a PLC and servo motor system for precision incremental infeed (with adjustable feed rates) and an electronic handwheel for tool setting, ensuring simple, intuitive operation. Equipped with TBI ball screws and Hiwin precision roller guideways, it delivers high grinding accuracy and minimizes grinding wheel wear.

● The system offers flexible tooth profile programming, including convenient presets for common configurations—such as Alternate Top Bevel (ATB), ATB with flat teeth, combinations (e.g., L-R-L-R-Flat), single-bevel, and N-Left/M-Right patterns—allowing for single-pass grinding.

● The program for the most common ATB configuration is optimized to grind all left-hand teeth before switching to right-hand teeth; this minimizes the time spent rotating the grinding head, enhances mechanical stability, and boosts overall productivity.

● The system automatically compensates for grinding wheel wear and adjusts for left/right tooth height differences, eliminating the need for manual infeed adjustments and ensuring consistent product precision.

● Key components are constructed from spheroidal graphite cast iron (ductile iron) that has undergone aging treatment, providing superior rigidity and stability.

● By simply changing the grinding wheel, the machine can also grind cermet-tipped saw blades.
