● The system utilizes a Mitsubishi PLC with full-bus servo control for stable, efficient operation and incorporates anadvanced ultra-high-frequency heating controller that is compact, energy-efficient, and highly productive.

● A three-axis gantry manipulator handles automatic loading and unloading, utilizing a tray-exchange system tonable continuous, automated welding operations; this boosts processing efficiency and allows a single operator tomanage multiple machines.

● The rotation mechanism for welding the carbide teeth employs a specialized mechanical positioning system;precise repeatability of the tooth seat ensures stable embedded welding, achieving a welding precision of ≤0.05mm and a weld strength of ≥120MPa.

● The machine features a fully enclosed housing with an integrated fume purifier and built -in water chiller (option-al); its aesthetic, eco-friendly design creates a cleaner and more pleasant working environment.
