● This machine is designed as a combination of side Angle and front Angle and back Angle, side Angle module and two groups of front and back Angle modules, front Angle and back Angle can be switched with one key, can implement side Angle and front Angle and back Angle combined grinding, side Angle and back Angle flat tooth Angle combined grinding, the process formula adjustment is flexible, simple and practical operation.

● The side Angle adopts special double grinding head vertical grinding mode, and the double side Angle of the alloy saw tooth is lapping and forming at one time, which can grind various special tooth shapes, such as left and right teeth, wide and narrow teeth, inverted cone teeth, unequal tooth pitch teeth.

● The whole machine is controlled by PLC program, which can realize remote monitoring of data and basic data acquisition function. The serrated side Angle is interpolated grinding mode, and the Angle adjustment is flexible and portable. The serrated side Angle is also controlled by servo motor, which has a high degree of automation, and the Angle adjustment is very convenient. It can be set by itself according to the actual loss of grinding wheel. The solid button and electronic hand wheel can set the knife easily, and the operation is simple.

● Back Angle grinding program design has special tooth shape free editing function, (can save the tooth shape editing) commonly used shape selection can be quickly switched with one key (such as: flat teeth, left and right teeth, left and right flat teeth, left and right flat teeth, ladder flat teeth, unequal serrations and other combinations of teeth)

● Rapid grinding mode can be selected for common tooth profile, which saves the time of switching between left and right rotation of grinding wheel spindle and improves working efficiency. The left and right teeth ladder flat teeth, left and right flat teeth can choose the fast grinding mode.

● The grinding wheel loss compensation can be automatically set according to the actual loss. The grinding wheel loss compensation can be set separately for left tooth, right tooth, flat tooth and 45° chamfering Angle, which avoids the problem of inaccurate compensation for different grinding wheel loss at different angles and improves the grinding accuracy of alloy serrations.

● The machine has a variety of grinding modes in the front Angle grinding state. You can choose the fast slosh grinding mode and the multiple reciprocating grinding mode.

● This machine adopts triaxial truss manipulator automatic loading and unloading saw blades, automatic detection multi-piece error correction platform design, stable operation, accurate positioning, high efficiency, labor saving, one person can manage multiple equipment. Grinding mechanism modular design, the main parts are cast iron, high rigidity, good stability! Taiwan silver precision roller guide rail, Japan NSK precision bearing, grinding accuracy of <0.02MM.

● The rear closed design of the guide rail transmission module mechanism and the electrical cabinet is completely isolated from the grinding cutting fluid. The guide rail is lubricated by the electric lubrication pump program according to the oil supply, which prolonging the service life of the equipment.
